Responsibilities
Clients are asked to sign a disclaimer regarding their responsibilities and liability for their dog’s behaviour before the start of any training session. We reserve the right to decide the most appropriate approach for dealing with a client’s needs with regards to their dog’s training issues or behaviour. We also reserve the right to take photos and videos of our work for publicity purposes, but we will always ask your permission at the start of a session before doing this. If you do not want us to take photos or videos of you and / or your dog, please let us know at the start of the session.
Terms
Full payment must be made in advance of any individual training session or set of classes. No refunds will be given for non-attendance at or non-completion of any training session or set of classes by the client. We operate free of charge within a 10 mile radius of our location, outside this area we charge an additional 45p per mile.
